What is the estimated delivery time?
All garments are made-to-order. We craft the items from scratch with substantial handwork. Due to reduced headcount from Covid-19, our crafting team will take 6-8 weeks to complete your garments with high levels of quality control before shipment.

Will I be notified?
An email containing your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped out.

Any tax or duties fees?
International clients are responsible for any local customs and duties. Prices shown on the checkout page exclude any tax or duty fees. 

What is the return policy?
Our products are non-refundable / non-exchangeable due to the nature of the made-to-order service. The above excludes defective products. Please see "Return of defects policy" for eligibility.

Return of defects policy?
Any defects on the products due to our negligence will be rectified immediately. Please reach out to us at hello@theweaveabove.com indicating your name, order number, products and defects.
